Our growing orthodontic practice is seeking a full-time Orthodontist to join our team, splitting time between Caldwell (2.5 days/week) and Fruitland (1.5 days/week). This is an excellent opportunity to step into a well-established practice with strong clinical support and a clear pathway to partnership.

Position Highlights

• Full-time schedule across two locations
• Daily guarantee: $1,600-$1700
• Established patient base with consistent caseload

Experience & Qualifications

• Open to new graduates with structured mentorship provided
• 2+ years of experience preferred
• DDS/DMD with completed Orthodontic residency
• Eligible for licensure in Idaho
